Gobblers Gold is a great free video slot that revolves around the theme of Thanksgiving.
This cute video slot is a 5 reel and 20 payline game that is easy enough for new players and exciting still for more experienced slot gamers with one wild symbol, 2 scatter symbols and 1 bonus round game.
The game first starts with a fun video animation that shows a pilgrim family preparing for their Thanksgiving festivities. The symbols in the game are great and full of animated extras. Lately, I’ve started to notice how software designers have really gone the extra mile with these special little graphic animations that keep the player entertained. Free video slots are sometimes regarded as not being the most amusing but this has surely changed over time. For example, in Gobblers Gold every time you land three Hay Stack symbols a boy and a girl animation will appear out of the stack. Also, when the Fruit Basket symbols appear and you’re a winner, the apples in the basket will turn to gold. Personally, I like these little touches of graphic effects that give the slot a cool personality .
Some of the other symbols in the game include the pilgrim man, the Mayflower ship, a few pumpkin pies, pumpkin corns, a plate with a cake and a fork, a vegetable basket a fruit basket and of course the wild turkey.The Wild Turkey symbol works as the wild, but this time this wild symbol does not expand. However, I did not find difficult at all for 4 Wild Turkey icons to appear and pay me 1000 coins. I was not lucky enough to hit the 5 turkey symbols that would have paid a nice 7500 coin prize. It’s important to keep in mind that this wild symbol does substitute for any other symbol except the scatter symbols.
